Clear and Simple Return Policy
You have 30 days from receipt of your parcel to return your order.
All items must be in an unworn condition in their original, undamaged packaging – a £10 repackaging cost will be charged upon failure of this.
If you believe that the product that you wish to return is faulty, please contact us before returning your item.

The Process
To initiate a return, please click the link below that will take you to our Royal Mail returns portal. This will allow you to generate a return label for your order. Please note that £5 will be deducted, should you wish for a refund, otherwise this will be free for an exchange.

Please post your boots in original packaging to the return address. Do not stick your return label or any tape directly onto the boot/shoe box
You must enclose your packing note or receipt as proof of purchase – please also write instructions of return on this for a more efficient return.
Once received we will process your refund or exchange within 5-10 business days.
