CABOTSWOOD started way back at the beginning of this Millennium. The brand owners, Martyn and Peter decided to create a range of country footwear that we had been making and designing for other satisfied brands for the past few years. Our boots amd shoes were already being sold on the British and European highstreets and were a popular purchase for many at their local county show or for people on summer holidays to Salcombe, Bembridge Falmouth, Badminton etc.

We knew that the boots and shoes that we were making were popular and that people really love our hand-made real leather products. Over the years as a family business, we have visited tanneries, hand stitching rooms and learned every day about the different bespoke quality techniques that our craftsmen and women use. We are continuing to learn and improve every day.

We enjoy working with the smaller family-based suppliers that help us produce our fantastic boots and shoes, we strive for every element of our products to exceed your expectations of quality.

After nearly thirty years you will see our boots and shoes at various shows and events worn enjoyed and trusted by so many.  We are always looking to improve our styles and update our processes and systems.
